EDUCATION
AGBU staunchly believes in the importance and value of education.
Schools and scholarships have for decades provided a head start toward a better life for numerous generations of Armenians worldwide who have helped preserve and promote the Armenian language and heritage. Preparing young Armenians in more than 37 countries for successful futures, AGBU's educational endeavors serve close to 7,000 students each year.
AGBU sponsors over 30 Day & Saturday schools in North and South America, Europe, the Middle East and Australia, where the curriculum includes instruction about their heritage and identity.
For more than 70 years, AGBU's Scholarship Program has championed the higher education of thousands of promising young Armenians enrolled in leading colleges and universities around the world.
